Amigos! My name is Hector A. Salas, owner of Autentica Mexican. For many years the Autentica family has had the
pleasure of getting to know you over a plate of my family's delicious recipies. I want to extend my sincere thanks
for your loyal patronage. It has been my pleasure to bring to you a taste of the authentic Southwest, to visit
with you & get to know your smiles, your favorite dishes and your families.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to you, to join us
for dinner at our new home in South Hadley - at the Village Commons - across from Mt. Holyoke College. We have
plenty of free parking and the scenery is beautiful, especially in the Fall!

Autentica
offers a unique menu that features the famous red and green chilé, commonly associated with the state of
New Mexico. Only the freshest chilés from Hatch, New Mexico, the Mecca of where chilés are grown
in the United States are used.
We
carefully prepare our food from original recipes using only the freshest vegetables, cheeses and the highest quality
meats. We use NO LARD, NO PRESERVATIVES and NO MSG!
